Erica Wyatt is a safety and operations executive with over 20 years of experience leading risk management, culture transformation, and performance improvement in manufacturing environments. As Director of Occupational Safety and Health for Materials & Manufacturing Services at thyssenkrupp North America, she oversees safety strategy supporting employees across the U.S., and Canada.

Erica brings a strong governance mindset, with experience in leadership development, stakeholder engagement, and community impact. She currently serves as Vice President of Training for the Junior League of DeKalb and previously served as Vice President of Community. She is also an inaugural member of United Way of Greater Atlanta’s Cole Council. Erica is a graduate of the Georgia Women’s Policy Institute, Leadership DeKalb, and the Hands On Atlanta Civic Leadership Program, and previously served on the board of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Georgia Chapter.

Erica is seeking to serve on a nonprofit board where she can contribute her expertise in leadership, risk oversight, and organizational culture while supporting mission-driven work that strengthens communities. She is passionate about helping organizations grow their impact, empower people, and build sustainable, purpose-driven strategies.
