I am an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer and strategic advisor with more than 30 years of leadership experience helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, operational complexity, and organizational change. My background spans private equity-backed environments, workforce strategy, mergers and acquisitions, leadership development, governance, and enterprise-scale operations.

Most recently, I served as CHRO for GAT Airline Ground Support, where I helped lead the organization through significant growth and its successful acquisition by PrimeFlight Aviation Services. Throughout my career, I have partnered closely with executive leadership and boards to align people strategy with operational execution, risk management, culture, and long-term organizational objectives.

In addition to my corporate leadership experience, I am deeply committed to community impact and nonprofit service. I currently serve as Chairman of Commitment to Excellence (CTE), a nonprofit organization focused on scholarships, mentoring, and leadership development. I am also a graduate of the United Way VIP Board Leadership Program and an active public speaker on topics including executive presence, leadership, workforce strategy, organizational culture, and governance.
