I am an Associate Attorney at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, where I practice in the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Mergers & Acquisitions Litigation groups. I represent clients across a variety of industries in complex business disputes and assist clients through all stages of litigation, including pre-suit strategy, mediations, motion practice, arbitration, and trial. I have experience handling high-stakes commercial matters, including serving on a trial team that secured more than $520 million in settlement funds in a confidential arbitration proceeding involving force majeure and material breach claims.

I am passionate about serving on a nonprofit board because I value the opportunity to support a mission-driven organization and contribute meaningfully to the Dallas community through strategic leadership and advocacy. I am particularly interested in leveraging my legal and problem-solving skills to help organizations navigate challenges, strengthen governance, and advance long-term growth and impact. I enjoy collaborative leadership, and value the opportunity to work with and learn from other professionals while contributing meaningfully to a nonprofit organization.

I earned my J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law and my B.S. from The University of Texas at Austin. I am actively involved in several professional and community organizations, including the Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, Dallas Women Lawyers Association, Attorneys Serving the Community, and Junior League of Dallas.
