Holly Raeder is a graduate from Texas Tech University with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing Major.  As a second-generation employee, Mrs. Raeder embraced the culture of a 24/7 utility company at an early age and continues to embrace it after 18 years. 

As a Region Director of Customer Service, Mrs. Raeder serves and guides a team of 8 Area Managers to be the strategic point of contact to external audiences including municipalities and associated groups and individuals, legislators, and the media within Tarrant, Wise, Parker, Johnson, and Denton Counties for Oncor Electric Delivery.  Oncor is a regulated electric transmission and distribution service provider that serves approximately 10 million customers across the state of Texas. 

Mrs. Raeder is a current board member of the Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce and a current member of Leadership North Texas advocating to support leaders who have a commitment to civic engagement to learning, and to collaboration.  Mrs. Raeder is also a Co-Chair of Oncor’s Area Manager Academy program as well as on the Apex committee which develops participants’ leadership qualities and provides them with an overview of all Oncor business units.

Mrs. Raeder’s main focus continues to grow her team and by establishing and maintain effective external and internal relationships with key stakeholders in order to achieve Company objectives while maintaining a high level of customer service.
