The BoardBuild brandmark is registered by Board Development Systems, Inc.  Other names, words, titles, phrases, logos, designs, graphics, icons and brandmarks displayed on the System may constitute registered or unregistered Official marks of BoardBuild.

Use

Materials on the System were developed by BoardBuild for the purpose of providing information regarding BoardBuild’s training curriculum and matching functionality.  No person shall use the BoardBuild System for any other purpose than personal without prior written permission from BoardBuild.

Disclaimer

The System is provided as is, where is, with all faults and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, and any warranties that access to the System is uninterrupted or error-free, that the System is secure or free of viruses or other harmful material, or that the System is complete, accurate or timely.

Ownership

All content, designs, graphics, pictures, illustrations, software, artwork, video, sound, names, words, titles, phrases, logos and marks displayed on the Site are owned by BoardBuild, its licensors, or the party accredited as owner, and are protected by copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

Linking  

The System may contain links to third party websites.  These links are provided solely as convenience to you.  We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site your visit.  BoardBuild is not responsible for the content of any third party website and does not endorse the information contained therein or guarantee its quality, accuracy, reliability, completeness, currency, timeliness, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for any purpose.

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

Personal Data

When you access the System with a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We may use and store information about your location if you give us permission to do so (“Location Data”). We use this data to provide features of our System, to improve and customize our System.

You can enable or disable location services when you use our System at any time by way of your device settings.

Tracking & Cookies Data

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our System and we hold certain information.

BoardBuild will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

Disclosure of Data

Disclosure for Law Enforcement

Under certain circumstances, BoardBuild may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

Legal Requirements

BoardBuild may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

  • To comply with a legal obligation
  • To protect and defend the rights or property of BoardBuild
  • To prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the System
  • To protect the personal safety of users of the System or the public
  • To protect against legal liability

Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Google Services

Google Analytics

BoardBuild uses Google Analyticsa web analytics service provided by Google, Inc., to measure traffic patterns to, from, and within our Site. Google Analytics uses “first party” cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to help analyze how users use the Site.Google Analytics uses “session” and “persistent” cookies to collect standard Internet log information and to track visitor behavior information, in an anonymous form, and compile statistical reports on site activity. The information generated by the cookies about your use of the Site (including your IP address) is transmitted to Google servers outside the United States.  No personal, identifying information is recorded or provided to Google. As well, Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.

Indemnification

You shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BoardBuild, its Board of Directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any claim or demand made by any third party, and all liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your browsing or use of the System, content that you transmit to the System, or your breach of any of the Terms.  BoardBuild shall control the defense of any matter which is subject to indemnification by you and you shall co-operate as fully as reasonably required by BoardBuild.

Registration

To use certain features of the System, you may be asked to register. You agree (i) to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by any registration form; and (ii) to maintain and promptly update the information you provide to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If BoardBuild suspects that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend, block or terminate your access to and use of the System. If you are asked to register with the System, you may need a username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You must notify BoardBuild immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. BoardBuild is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password or account information.

Termination

BoardBuild may in its sole discretion restrict, block or terminate your access to the System at any time, without notice.  In the event of termination, BoardBuild will no longer permit you to access the System. BoardBuild is not liable to you or any party for such termination.

Governing Law

The Terms of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the federal laws of the United States applicable therein, and these laws apply to the use of the System, notwithstanding your domicile, residency or physical location.

General

If any provision of the Terms is deemed invalid or unlawful, then the provision is deemed severed without affecting the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Refund Policy

By purchasing a license to view BoardBuild’s online, on-demand courses, you explicitly agree with this refund policy. The products available for purchase on our web site are fully-functional.  Each product provides image previews, video materials, details, and FAQs available to help you better understand how it works and if it will fit your needs.

If you purchase one of our products, after your payment has cleared you will be able to access the course and begin training. Once you make a purchase, no refunds will be given. After purchase our support staff is available to assist with any technical issues.

In rare cases we may agree to switch an accidentally purchased module with another module from our store. In such cases the latter one becomes non-refundable.
