I’ve worked in the education and nonprofit sectors for over twenty-five years. I started my career teaching digital media at Rhodes State College in Ohio, where I helped develop and refine that program’s curriculum. After moving to San Diego, I transitioned into a role in corporate software training and have trained thousands of employees across the county.

For the past twenty years, I have worked for United Way of San Diego County, where I am currently the Senior Director, IT & Business Architecture. In this position, I oversee the organization’s network infrastructure, software and databases, Microsoft 365 environment, and intranet. I develop data standards and processes, lead technology implementations and trainings, run a cross-departmental technology team, and execute data analysis and create data visualizations to support strategic decision making. I’m a graduate of Rhodes State College and Miami University and have degrees in digital media and psychology.

I would like to sit on the board of an organization whose work aligns with my personal beliefs and where my skills can advance the organization further in its mission.
