Rashida Henry has twenty years of experience in commercial real estate and community development with a wide range of expertise in areas such as debt originations, loan restructuring, underwriting and portfolio management. Rashida heads up the Portfolio Management and Reporting group within the Community Development Group of Charles Schwab. Her team is responsible for risk management and oversight of a $1.3B portfolio of loans & investments, regulatory reporting and servicing.

She is a member of the Enterprise Community Loan Fund NY Advisory Loan Committee.

Rashida earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Andrews University and a Master of Business Administration from Hofstra University.
