I work as a business consultant for executive coaches, a career coach for leaders stuck in a rut, and an executive recruiter for talent in the nonprofit sector. I call myself a maximizer: someone who wakes up every day jazzed to put her nose to the grindstone because it’s my job to make work better and more efficient.As a former leader in the nonprofit space, I am all too familiar with the many challenges faced by professionals in the field. During my years in the nonprofit world, I had the privilege to source, recruit, hire, onboard, train, develop, mentor, and grow exceptional teams. My operations and strategic advising experience opened the door for me to grow into leadership roles that helped me refine my strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills.I’m honored to continue to use my skills as a former nonprofit leader to provide access to outstanding coaching and strategic support for those still in the field. My core areas of passion include social justice, animals, the arts, and equity in education.
