I have a strong interest to serve on the Board of Directors for a local non-profit. As an individual deeply committed to the giving back, I believe that my skills, experiences, and passion for our local community make me an excellent candidate for this position. With a background in Forensic Accounting, I have a knack for thinking outside of the box and evaluating others’ needs. Throughout my career and personal life, I have demonstrated a consistent dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of others. For years, I have made it my personal mission to give back to the community whether that be donating food to the Ronald McDonald house on my way home or partnering with non-profits such as First Book to donate books to children throughout Dallas. These experiences have allowed me to develop a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that non-profit organizations face. My previous experience at KPMG along with my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting, allow me to take community involvement one step further. Having been described as a “true professional”, “friendly and attentive”, “a great source of knowledge”, and going “above and beyond all expectations”, I seek to further assist the community with clarity and confidence along the way.
