Laura Dirtadian is a risk, security and compliance executive with experience in financial services and technology organizations, providing risk management, audit, business operations, communications and change management, and business resiliency services. She has held head and executive roles in organizations such as First Republic Bank, where she was the head of IT risk and operations under the CIO, Lyft, where she developed and implemented Enterprise Risk and Business Process Optimization efforts, and most recently was the VP of Enterprise Risk Management at Affirm, where she lead the strategic development and implementation of programs including Enterprise, Third Party, Business Resiliency, and International Country Risk and Governance expansion.
She has worked with leaders on navigating through national and international regulatory matters, including regulatory relationships (such as the OCC and FDIC). She is experienced in building strong partnerships across organizations, and leading, developing and retaining talent.
She is a co-founder for the Armenian International Women’s Association Bay Area Chapter in 2011, focusing on the empowerment of Armenian women globally through educational, economic, health and wellness programs and initiatives.
