I like knowing that my work and my volunteer efforts make a difference, and it’s amazing to see the impact of philanthropy on our community!

Over the years, I’ve dedicated my career to development and nonprofit management. Most of my experience working directly within nonprofits has been in major gifts, program development and campaign/project management. As the Director of M. Gale & Associates, I oversee all client engagements for the firm, including the delivery of all assessments, formal reports, campaign counsel, and fundraising and nonprofit services.

Most of my volunteer work to date has revolved around my kids and my church, but I’m most passionate about empowering girls, women and underserved communities. Currently, I’m focused on learning as much as I can about social justice and how I can help make a difference. I believe strongly that our biggest opportunities as a society exist in more strategically connecting the public and private sectors, in order to most effectively impact the community … To me, this is the heart of philanthropy.
