I am someone who believes deeply in the power of community, access, and human connection. My passion for service began early and has been shaped by the experiences of people I love. After losing my father to melanoma, advocacy became personal. I’ve partnered with the Melanoma Research Foundation to increase awareness and support legislative efforts—driven by the belief that education, early detection, and access to care can change the trajectory for families like mine.
My commitment to access also shows up in my passion for education. I served as Board Secretary for The Foundation for Florida Virtual School, supporting initiatives that expand educational opportunities and remove barriers for students across Florida. Shortly after completing my graduate degree, I was invited by my alma mater, Full Sail University, to join the Advisory Council for my program—a role that allowed me to contribute to curriculum conversations and support the next generation of emerging professionals.
Service is a throughline in my life. Through my work with Genesis Women’s Shelter and the Junior Arts League/Dallas Cotillion Club, I helped fundraise more than $75,000 over three years to support women and children rebuilding their lives after domestic violence. My involvement with the Junior League of Dallas has allowed me to contribute to meaningful community efforts—including supporting the North Texas Food Bank and helping address food insecurity across the region.
Professionally, I work in human resources and organizational development, but at my core, I support people. I care about creating spaces where individuals feel safe, seen, and empowered—whether within an organization, in a boardroom, or across the community.
Outside of work and service, I find joy in travel and adventure. Exploring new places reminds me how big and beautiful life is and how important it is to stay curious. At home in Dallas, I’m grounded by my family, my close friendships, and my dog Millie—my loyal companion, constant comfort, and co-adventurer.
I’m passionate about serving on a board where I can combine strategic thinking with heart-driven leadership. I hope to contribute to organizations that value equity, community impact, transparent governance, and expanding access to safety, education, and the resources every person deserves to thrive.
