I am semi-retired HR Executive interested in non-profit board positions. I have over 30 years of leadership experience in human resources (HR) in nonprofit and for-profit organizations. I specialize in Performance Management Processes, Employee Relations, HR Assessment, and Talent Development. With extensive experience in mission driven and profit driven workplaces, I bring a comprehensive perspective to all aspects of HR functionality including recruiting, learning and development, total rewards, performance management, labor relations, and employee engagement. I have served on several Boards such as HR Alliance (DC area-based professional organization) and The Impact Center (DC area-based leadership development consulting firm), where I was also Board Chair for several years.
