Jenny Pritchett is a community-centered leader who creates warm, grounded spaces where people feel supported and able to grow. Her work spans nonprofit board leadership, youth and family support, financial education, and cultural community-building—always anchored in empathy and a deep belief in belonging.

She has supported families through grief as a long-time board member and two-year Board President for Na Keiki O Emalia and strengthened inclusion and community connection as a Trustee for the Montessori School of Maui. As Executive Sponsor for Fortaleza, she advances mentorship, cultural belonging, and psychological safety across the organization. In her primary role as a Director, she leads approximately 130 people, including 11 direct reports.

Known for her steadiness and clarity, Jenny helps people feel seen and supported during meaningful transitions, bringing compassion, structure, and a natural mentoring spirit to every space she serves.
