I am currently the Deputy General Manager at the Tarrant Regional Water District. I joined TRWD 7 years ago after 15 years as a consultant to water suppliers across the country. I oversee the water supply operations and planning, flood control operations, government relations, environmental, information technology, public relations, and project management divisions.

- Active in National Water Resources Association, National Waterways Conference, and National Association of Floodplain and Stormwater Management Agencies. I
- Member of Downtown Fort Worth Rotary
- Graduate of Leadership Fort Worth, class of 2019.
My volunteer work includes both ecclesiastical and non-profit roles.
I led a Christian congregation of over 300 members for 5-1/2 years (an unpaid though very demanding role).
I volunteered at the International Rescue Committee as a mentor for refugee families, and have served at Metrocrest Services.
I spent more than 10 years as a Boy Scout leader, serving in various roles from Scoutmaster to executive roles.
I currently teach a daily seminary class for high school students.
