Cicely Jackson, J.D. is a seasoned contracts and sourcing executive with deep expertise in healthcare performance improvement, compliance, and strategic partnership development. She currently serves as Portfolio Executive III at Vizient, Inc., the nation’s leading healthcare performance improvement company, where she leads initiatives in contracting, marketing, compliance, training, and client relationship management. In this role, she collaborates with internal partners to educate members, drive research, and support market growth.

Prior to Vizient, Cicely managed complex clinical trial agreements, oversaw federal and state research funds, developed standard operating procedures, and strengthened compliance and contracting frameworks across diverse organizations. Her work has consistently focused on optimizing operational efficiency while building trusted stakeholder relationships.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Cicely is deeply committed to community engagement and leadership development. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and the Southwest Suburban Dallas Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., where she contributes her time and expertise to youth, civic, and philanthropic initiatives.
