Cicely Jackson, J.D. is a Portfolio Executive III at the nation’s leading healthcare performance improvement company in Irving, Texas.  In her current role, she has responsibility for contracting, marketing, compliance, training, and developing and maintaining client relationships. She also collaborates with internal partners to educate Vizient’s members, conduct research, and promote growth within the market.

Prior to joining Vizient, her responsibilities included managing clinical trial agreements, managing federal and state funds, creating standard operating procedures, and managing contracts and relationships.

Cicely is passionate about engaging in the community.  She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Junior League of Dallas, and Southwest Suburban Dallas Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc.

Cicely holds a Juris Doctor from William H. Bowen School of Law.
