About Me

Bio

I am a seasoned technology leader and educator with over 20 years of experience in systems analysis, project management, and data architecture. Currently serving as a Lead Architect at UT Southwestern Medical Center, I specialize in overseeing major capital IT projects and designing complex technical architectures that drive organizational efficiency. My career has been defined by a unique blend of high-level strategic planning and hands-on technical proficiency in tools like Power BI, SQL, and Agile methodologies.

In addition to my corporate leadership, I am deeply committed to workforce development and education. I serve as an Adjunct Instructor at Tarrant County College and Lone Star College, where I translate complex technology concepts into engaging curriculum for the next generation of professionals. I hold an MBA and a Master of Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, providing me with a strong fiduciary and operational foundation.

Goals My goal is to leverage my technical expertise and leadership experience to help a nonprofit organization maximize its community impact through digital transformation and data-driven decision-making. I am particularly interested in supporting organizations focused on education, technology access, or community development. Having managed teams of over 50 resources and multi-million dollar projects, I aim to provide strategic oversight in areas of governance, resource optimization, and long-term sustainability to help a board achieve its mission effectively.
